Terms and Conditions for Hunit

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of:

• The Hunit website (https://hunit.com and hun.it)

• The Hunit Portal (where contracts and automation are managed)

• The Hunit for Word Add-in (used to create, edit, and manage Agentic Contracts within Microsoft Word)

By accessing or using any of these services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use Hunit’s services.

 

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Other than the content you own, under these Terms, Hunit Solutions Ltd. and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Website, Portal, and Word Add-in.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Hunit’s services for their intended purposes only.

 

3. Restrictions

You are specifically restricted from:

• Copying, modifying, or distributing Hunit’s technology, including the Hunit for Word Add-in

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of Hunit’s software

• Using Hunit for Word Add-in to embed automation in ways that violate legal, regulatory, or ethical standards

• Using Hunit’s Website, Portal, or Add-in to engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activities

• Sharing login credentials or bypassing security measures to gain unauthorized access

Certain features or areas of Hunit Portal may require specific permissions or paid licenses. Hunit Solutions Ltd. reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access at its sole discretion.

 

4. Use of Hunit for Word Add-in

The Hunit for Word Add-in is designed to allow users to create, modify, and manage Agentic Contracts directly within Microsoft Word. By using the Add-in, you agree to the following:

• You are responsible for ensuring that any automations, workflows, and embedded actions comply with applicable laws and regulations

• Hunit does not review or validate the content of contracts created using the Add-in—compliance remains the responsibility of the user

• The execution of automated contract functions is subject to Hunit’s network availability and platform security protocols

• Hunit may provide updates and enhancements to the Add-in, and you agree to install such updates as required

 

5. Your Content & Data Privacy

• Any contract data, user submissions, or automation logic you create using Hunit for Word Add-in or Hunit Portal remains your property

• Hunit does not claim ownership over the content you create but may process data to ensure proper functionality, security, and compliance

6. No Warranties

Hunit’s Website, Portal, and Word Add-in are provided “as is”. Hunit makes no guarantees regarding availability, performance, or accuracy.

Hunit Solutions Ltd. is not liable for:

• Any data loss, contract errors, or automation failures resulting from misuse of the platform

• Third-party integrations (including Microsoft Word and digital identity verification services)

• Legal enforceability of contracts drafted using the platform—users must consult legal professionals as needed

 

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hunit Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of the Website, Portal, or Word Add-in

• Any errors in automated contract execution due to incorrect configurations, external system failures, or regulatory changes

Hunit’s total liability for any claim shall be limited to the fees paid for the use of the services (if applicable) in the six months preceding the claim.

 

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Hunit Solutions Ltd., its officers, directors, and employees harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Hunit Website, Portal, or Word Add-in

• Any breach of these Terms

• Any legal disputes arising from contracts you create or execute using Hunit

 

9. Updates & Changes to These Terms

Hunit reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on hunit.com and will take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.

 

Your continued use of Hunit’s services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

 

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be exclusively resolved in UK courts.
